The Hoegh Osaka was an interesting job that we’ve recently carried out at Southampton and after that Falmouth docks, this project required our us to undertake specialist industrial cleaning on board the MV Hoegh Osaka, we had the job to clean all the Cargo decks from top to bottom, which was contaminated with oily water residues.
Our aim was to clean the vessel and keep waste disposal to a minimum, luckily we are specialists in oil water separation, so using our in house knowledge we were able to reuse / recycle the wash water which greatly affected the final waste disposal costs in favour of the client.
